Great customer service.
i took a train ride and it was good i have told others about it...but i told them to buy their tickets at the door
We dad a GREAT time and all the people who worked at the railroad were super nice and very informative, and I felt went the second mile to ensure we enjoyed our trip. We came home and recommended it to all our family and friends and we are planning a return trip in the fall.
I would recommend this trip into history. The crew was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Accommodations were excellent with everything being very clean .\nI would do it again if in the area.
The train ride was a bit long with the trees covering most of the sights.
